0. Welcome and Purpose

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

We warmly welcome every participant to this six-month learning journey. The programme has been designed to combine meaningful discussion, shared reflection, practical guidance, responsible mentorship, mutual respect and Islamic ethical principles.

What this policy protects:

• Personal stories, questions and opinions
• Safe online learning and respectful communication

1. Live and Discussion-Based Learning

The program is not designed as a one-way recorded lecture course. Its educational value comes from guided discussion, thoughtful reflection, questions, practical examples and the responsible exchange of ideas.

Participants are strongly expected to attend each live session with full attention. The programme is intended for active learning rather than passive listening.

2. Recording and Digital Reproduction Policy

Official session recordings will not normally be produced or distributed. No participant may independently capture, reproduce or distribute any part of a session without clear written permission.

3. Confidentiality and Islamic Responsibility

Participants may share personal experiences, parenting concerns, family-related questions, and sensitive opinions. All such information must be treated as confidential.

• Amanah (Trust): Anything shared privately must be kept in absolute trust.
• Satr (Dignity): Participants must not expose, embarrass, mock, label or publicly identify another person.
• Avoiding Gheebah: Discussions must not become gossip, backbiting, speculation, or unnecessary exposure of weaknesses.

4. Participant Acknowledgement

By proceeding, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to respect the privacy, attendance, recording, confidentiality and participation expectations described in this policy.
